OneNozawa Residence, (our most recent project) , has been ranked right alongside luxury properties in both Niseko and Hakuba by independent analysts; we paid no fees for this market comparison ( which can be seen in full here )  

EdgeNozawa will be priced, for early sales, at approximately 60% of the purchase price of both of these competitive offerings, when compared on a USD/m2 basis

RENTAL INCOME

We have operated OneNozawa Residence since 2015/2016 season;

During the 2015/2016 season, the building systems were run for the entire season, without any guests staying with us;

The first "guest year", the 2016/17 season, was conducted in “softlaunch” mode – with less than USD 500 spent on marketing and promotion; OneNozawa Residence achieved a remarkable 52% occupancy across the season; at certain times during the 2017 season we were fully booked - we could not place the excess demand we experienced;

2017/18 season saw total occupancy at 70% - with even stronger revenue growth 

EdgeNozawa’s only competition for genuine ski-in/ski-out location is OneNozawa Residence;  

We see no reason why rental rates achieved for OneNozawa Residence in 2017 season cannot be replicated for EdgeNozawa;  we have streamlined the external look and feel and have dressed up an adjacent property to match the styling of EdgeNozawa, further enhancing its appeal

Gross rental returns of 10% - 12% p.a. are achievable within a peak 10 week season - with no need to degrade the experience of our guests by chasing rental returns later in the season
